HOW WE BUILD IT
Every Sunshine Driveways installation starts with a thorough site evaluation. We assess the existing base material, drainage flow, and tie-in with the public sidewalk and street curb. We then excavate to the correct depth, compact the sub-base, set the forms, and pour a reinforced 4-inch slab (5-inch for heavy-vehicle applications).
We use fiber-mesh reinforcement on every residential pour, with rebar added for commercial and heavy-duty applications. The finished surface is cured properly and sealed before we leave — protecting the slab from staining and UV degradation from day one.
